Every product you purchase is under the warranty of the manufacturer.
You can return the product you have purchased in the same condition as you received it within seven (7) days from the delivery date, without opening/destroying/spoiling the packaging and without using the product.
Return the product with a petition or return form that includes the product invoice and your order number. Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company.
Please note that you have accepted that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty fully after the product is received. Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, destroyed, etc. are not accepted. The customer must return the product in the same condition as when it was delivered to him and, if used, the loss of the commercial value of the goods due to use. If the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us.
The product return fee to the credit card is paid by your bank within 1 week. During this period, our company does not have any savings. In cases where it detects any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use or other situations in the product and its packaging and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and the price will not be refunded.
